Milan: Excellent results for MADE Expo
The fair welcomed 253,533 visitors
The fourth edition of MADE Expo took place from 5th until 8th October in Milan (Italy). It had a great success and achieved very good results. The number of visitors increased by 4.7%, as 253,533 people attended the fair. 31,905 of them came from foreign countries.
A year and a half after the 2020 edition, MADE Expo confirmed its role as a benchmark for the building sector, despite the crisis affecting the construction industry.
A significant 10% increase in visitors was reported already on the opening day. The public crowded corridors and showed its consensus for the General Building Assembly.
More than 1820 companies – including 260 foreign exhibitors – exhibited their products on a 94,000-sq.m. exhibition space. Over 200 events and conferences were held during the fair.
The visits to the fair were made easier by the direct free-of-charge connections from and to Malpensa Airport.
MADE Expo has become an international event. There were delegations of professional dealers, builders and planners coming from Albania, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Jordan, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Oman, Morocco, Balkan countries, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Russia, Syria, Spain, Hungary, Ukraine and the USA.
