Croatia: Lukoil buys share of Europe Mil

The biggest Russian oil company Lukoil has acquired the majority stakes of the local comapny Europe Mil.
The Lukoil has realized the acquired with the aim to use the rail terminal for the transshipment of oil to Vukovar (owned Europa Mil), as entry point for oil coming from its Romanian and Bulgarian refineries .
