HL23: the sustainable building in New York

Began work for the construction of the experimental building HL23. The building was designed by architect Neil Denari, according to a criterion of "cultural sustainability".
In designing the building, in fact, were respecting the history and culture of the place where the building is constructed.
The building will host eleven residences spread over nine floors plus a penthouse duplex with a terrace, the ground floor is a private garden.
