Romania, Enel buys Electrica Muntenia Sud

Enel has completed the acquisition package majority of Electrica Muntenia Sud (EMS).
Enel, very active on the Romanian market for distribution of energy, had already bought Electrica Dobrogea and Electrica Banat.
