Romania, Incontro Prefabbricati sells properties

The Italian company Incontro Prefabbricati has sold to Catalyst Capital group nine logistics and distribution centers in Romania.
Specifically, the buildings are located in the cities of Arad and Timisoara.
The cost amounts to 25 million euros but the buildings generate an income from rent of 2 million for year.
