Serbia, next construction of a luxury hotel

The Israeli construction company Plaza has planned the construction of a five-star hotel in Belgrade, Serbia.
The structure will have a total area of 100 thousand square meters, a conference center, a restaurant, a shopping center and parking for 2 thousand seats.
The total value of the project is approximately 150 million.
