Sweden, Aberdeen acquires logistics and distribution center

Aberdeens Nordic Fund I acquires a logistics and distribution center in Sweden of approximately 70,000 m² in the Torsvik industrial area.
The property, built in 1999 and extended in 2003, is fully let with an eleven years’ lease term. Its net initial yield is 6.1%.
