In Val d'Aosta the quotations of buildings increased by 2.1%.
A very special situation compared to the rest of Italy, which has a drop of 2.7 percent in cities and 2.3 percent in provincial capitals.
The prices of homes in Val d'Aosta vary from 1.650 euros square meter for an used economically apartment to 2.500 for a used luxury property.
