Montenegro: the real estate market continues to grow

These were the most reliable economic forecasts in 2006.
The surprise lies in this. The trend of development and increase of the market in general and in detail in the real estate sector, has not stopped but continues unstoppable over time.

The country of long sandy beaches to the south, crystal clear waters and steep mouths of Cathar, attracts every year many investors eager to buy a property in Montenegro.

The economic continuum has undoubtedly improved and encouraged this trend to the point of consecrating it as one of the most popular nations in 2018.

                                                 

Both commercial and private activities are lightened in terms of taxation. The taxes on sales are in fact significantly low: only 2%.

In 2017 the country participated in the 98 million euro programme to strengthen cross-border cooperation, sustainable development and economic cohesion.

The New Dubai , so defined at the real estate level, owes this reputation to the incredible wealth boom of the last 5 years.

But what are the most affordable prices and types?

Podgorica, the capital offers advantageous solutions.

 For a studio apartment in the center of town starts from 30,000 euros but the real estate market is also characterized by numerous opportunities to sell building land (prices specified on the site).

For rentals instead the prices are bargain.
Durmitor, close to the Balkan pearl, offers contracts from 20 euros per day, reaching a maximum of 40 euros.

The main feature of Montenegro is given by the surrounding environment. There are no areas more or less particular or noteworthy. Each location is in itself, unique and wonderful, which deserves to be visited and admired in its entirety.
