Moving to South Dakota . Expatriate and live in South Dakota

Very long, almost endless roads, absorbed by the most beautiful sunsets, immersed in the wide prairies... today we will take you to a very special place, that will make you remain open-mouthed! Often we wonder about what could be the ideal place to start from scratch. Well, we at Realigro have analyzed for you a country in which realignment can be a piece of cake!

Buying a property in South Dakota, will be the winning key to your future!
We will give you all the information you need to take this step, in style and especially in total peace of mind. So, if you're ready, we just have to start!

Let's start by defining South Dakota from a geographical point of view.
This land is, first of all, a federated state of the USA, located precisely in the wonderful plains of the Midwest. The name comes from the famous Native American tribe, better known as Sioux. If we were to give a symbol that could better represent this state, we would certainly have no doubt: Mount Rushmore. Yes, South Dakota is the cradle of this world-famous monument. But that is not all. The region is characterized by a landscape rich in canyons and hills, such as the Black Hills, (rich in minerals such as gold, silver, copper and lead) and the Badlands. We can not fail to mention of course Minnesota, one of the ''historic'' rivers of the American continent.

For nature lovers, South Dakota is the ideal place. But not only! Let's discover together what this land can offer. In terms of education, South Dakota boasts the presence of several universities, which is why, every year, there are many Erasmus students who decide to make an experience abroad thanks to the twinning with one of these centers of study.
If you are a young university student, you can also consider this opportunity to be seized on the fly!

For the economic aspect, however, South Dakota is based mainly on the activity of import and export of the main products derived from the mining - mining and agriculture. We also remember that this state is one of the largest producers of oats and rye.

But what is the cost of living in South Dakota?
We start from the assumption that we are talking about a very diverse state, both for ethnicity and for physical conformation. Among the beautiful national parks and highly industrialized cities that fit perfectly into this very wild setting, there is really an embarrassment of choice in the selection of a reality in which to live.

To facilitate your choice, we decided to include a small list of typical goods and services, with their prices, remembering that the national currency is the U.S. dollar.

Meal, Cheap Restaurant 9.75 $
Meal for 2 People, Medium Restaurant, Three-Port 25.00 $
Menu from McDonalds (or equivalent menu) 4.50 $
Cappuccino (normal) 4.00 $
Water (0.33L bottle) 1.50 $
Petrol (1 liter) 0.74 $
Sports Centre, Monthly Rate for 1 adult 40.00 $
1 Pair of Jeans (Levis 501 or Similar) $40.00

And for the real estate sector? With reference to the capital, Pierre, we start from about $600.00 monthly for the rental of a property, up to a maximum of $700.00 (for houses in the center of the capital). With about $13,000 you can buy an agricultural building land, and with a minimum of 80,000 a small house in neighboring cities.

What can I say, our mini guide ends here. All we can do is wish you a good trip!
