Moving to the Netherlands: the complete guide and winning tips for your investment

Who has never been to Holland?
One of the most beautiful, green and successful countries in every sector, is one of the most sought after destinations for many investors.

Buying a property in the Netherlands.

Have you ever thought about it?
Well, if not, you will certainly think about it after reading this mini guide to one of the richest but also most organized countries in Europe.

Have you ever wondered why Holland is a nation full of different ethnic groups that live together and manage to have a high standard of living?

Everyone finds their own dimension without many problems, thanks to the open-mindedness that distinguishes the country. The country is rich in art everywhere. Eindhoven is the most creative city in Europe but... how can you not fall in love with the wonderful canals that run through Amsterdam? And the immense expanses of tulips? You just have to figure out where to start!

It should be noted that Holland has also experienced dark periods.
Exactly between 2008 and 2014 it went through a period of strong crisis, dissolved in 2015 with a recovery (initially more timid) that allowed us to leave behind this stalemate.

The aspect of work

Should I work in the Netherlands?
We are talking about one of the most dynamic and productive economies, a sort of happy oasis with low unemployment rates and a propensity to welcome foreign workers.

The sectors in which it is possible to find employment are among the most varied

Cost of living

Dutch salaries are among the highest in Europe and make it possible to sustain a fairly high cost of living. Services are effective and efficient.
Everything is proportionate to everything.

Language

The official language is Dutch, a mix of English and German.
But everyone (and I mean everyone) speaks perfect English, and, the citizens themselves, will never make you uncomfortable for your unsafe English. Unlike what you imagine, the population is very friendly.
The best places to move

The cities to move to are all extremely special and varied.

Here is a small list:

Utrecht
The Hague
Rotterdam
Amsterdam

The price of the houses is never fixed, but we recommend that you first find a job and then buy a property.

Renting is a lot of money. If you are lucky you can find a studio apartment even at 120 euros per month. To buy an apartment instead the costs start from 200,000 euros.

Once you've got all the tips you need for your transfer to the Netherlands, you just have to make your ticket and leave!
