Bulgaria, why not? The complete guide to moving around without a hitch!

Bulgaria, why not? The complete guide to moving around without a hitch!

More and more people are looking for alternatives to their own country. To travel, to learn the language or even to move permanently.
In recent years, the countries of Eastern Europe have been successful, both for the lower cost of living, both for the bureaucratic and administrative ease local.

In 2018 Bulgaria was in pole position. It seems strange, doesn't it? Instead, many are the investors who every month seek a property for sale in Bulgaria

Member of the EU since 2017, this state is very interesting in several respects that deserves to be visited.

Pay close attention to the advice and information that will follow, because they will be the key to your most profitable investment ever!

Let's start with the basics: strategic geographical location

Bulgaria is very close to Greece and overlooks the Black Sea; with a continental climate it expects cold winters and hot summers.

Required documents

To live in Bulgaria you must have

1. the Bulgarian Residence Certificate, which certifies both residence and domicile
2. the Bulgarian identity card
3. a bank account to be opened with any credit institution in Bulgaria

Once you arrive in this wonderful state (whose beauty will be described later) you will need an occupation.

Finding work in Bulgaria is not that complex. Just follow a few tips.

The employment index is growing despite the crisis has plagued the country.
The knowledge of English as an alternative to Bulgarian is essential to start working here.
There are many companies that need people who know English and Italian in order to communicate with other companies.
Opening your own business is not as expensive as in other countries, because taxation is much less suffocating.

Coin and cost of living

The Bulgarian currency is the Leverage and is quoted two by one with the euro.
This causes an increase in purchasing power for foreigners, not to mention that the standard Bulgarian salary is very low: 250 euros.
This means that it is possible to live with dignity even with little.
To give us an idea, here are the prices of some main foods:

- bread 0.50 euros per kg;
- milk 0.50 euro per litre;
- potatoes 0,35 euro per kg;
- meat 3.50 euros per kg;
- legumes 0,70 euro per kg

Now to the salient point: the cost of real estate

A standard rental agreement provides for a monthly payment of 250 euros or more.
You can find houses for all needs even with higher prices.
If you want to buy house instead, the capital Sofia has higher costs than smaller cities such as Plovdiv, where you can buy an apartment for 40,000 euros.

Finally we see the beautiful scenery and places of interest

The places of interest are not only cultural but often related to Bulgarian nightlife.
The cities you should visit are Varna and Sozopol.
Bulgaria is full of green areas and museums where you can spend your days in the name of local history and culture. E If you are a lover of food and wine, well you have chosen the right country for you! Among the hills and tiny villages emerges Melnik, the citadel of wine, where you can taste all the local specialties accompanied by a nice glass.

All that remains is to start planning your transfer to one of the most convenient and fascinating places ever!
